Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Payroll Deductions
Is it legal for a restaurant owner to deduct and money losses from his business out of the manager on duty's paycheck? This is the first I have heard of it and I don't agree. Am I wrong?

No, in my experience you're not wrong. Under almost all circumstances it's not legal, assuming it was done without your permission.
