if a person signs a lease but never moves into property are they still held accountable for payment?

As a Franchise Attorney I think this is a rather strange question. Of course, is the answer - unless the property is destroyed or condemned, etc. This question is like asking "what if I buy a car, signed the contract, but decide not to drive it away?" It's really common sense. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
