Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
personal credit card
If my copmany has me use my personal credit card for business use, do I need to supply them with mey credit card statement?
This card has my name and not the company, so I am responsible for the payment along with my credit status.
Thank you!!

Re: personal credit card
If you are seeking reimbursement, then yes, they are entitled to see proof of what you bought. Just black out any other charges, or your outstanding balance, etc, that you don't want them to see. Your store receipt should be enough proof or a shipping invoice, but there is nothing wrong with wanting to see the credit card statement as well so they can verify you actually incurred the charge you are wanting to be reimbursed for.
