Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
a previous employer accidentally deposited $1800.00 in my checking account. I am extremely bitter as they messed with me big time when I resigned. Do I have to return the money.

As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answer. Being messed with "big time" when you resigned is not a defense to keeping money you're not entitled to. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
