Purchase Order Accecptance/Definition
What is the legal defininition of a Purchase Order and what is considered to be legal acceptance of a Purchase Order if the P.O. items were shipped and acknowledged as shipped, was invoiced against, yet never signed?

Re: Purchase Order Accecptance/Definition
It is not necessary for the Purchase Order to be signed by you. If the goods were received and accepted, there may be a contract or at least a quasicontract binding you. You may be obligated to pay for the goods. For more info, please contact my office at 9248)851-3171.
