how do I report a change in corpoate officers Type s corporation?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Normally there is an annual report that contains current officers, directors and agent for service of process. Unless your state law provides otherwise, you make any changes when that report is due. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
