As a Franchise Attorney I can only add the following. If the case you are involved in has an attorneys fee clause in it, some litigation attorneys will take the case (assuming it's a good case) on either a contingency or semi-contingency basis. Other than that, your other option is a bank loan or line of credit. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
