Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Service provided without consent.
Master Green applied an application of fertilizer without my consent and now demands payment. Will this situation effect my credit score in any way if I don't pay the bill. I used their services last year, but chose not to use them this year. I signed no contract and called them immediately when I found out they had begun service again without a contract.

Re: Service provided without consent.
You should review your prior contract with them to ensure that it did not contain a provision in it authorizing them to continue services unless you canceled first.
You should put all communications with them in writing, and do so immediately, so they do not attempt to collect for money that is likely not owed. This may also be a simple mistake on their part, but it needs to be clarified, and quickly. Keep track of when you call them and who you speak to, but you still need to put something in writing.
If you need a lawyer to draft a letter on your behalf, please contact me to discuss this further.
Thank you.
