Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Hello, My small in-home manufacturing business designed and product a product for a large corporation. The idea was theirs to be produced out of the material that we fabricate with but, the product idea is not new. The design belongs to my company. Now the company wants to help my company growth and possibly position my small company to produce this product for them exclusively. I am looking into a provisional patent for this product as we speech. Please advise.
