I want to start investing in stocks through my small business. What are the tax implications for the capital gains with pass through taxation? Meaning, will the capital gains be taxed under small business and as personal income for me, will the capital gains be subject to self-employment tax or state tax, etc? Please help!!

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the answer depends on too many variables not covered in your question and require a personal consultation to adequately review and discuss. Consult with a good tax or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
