Stock Ledger
My father and I are looking to get into the government
program 8(a) in which they aske for many thing in
cluding a Stock ledger as well as a copy of stock
certificate. We never had to use or get them before
and are not sure where to go. Can you help us get
started on the right track...

The stock ledger is a pretty basic document that lists the shareholders and the number of shares owned etc. and the Stock certificate can be produced by most attorneys for a vary reasonable fee. Please feel free to contact be at the address below to discuss this further.
