Where is the Uniform Partnership Act located
I was wodering if anyone could tell where I could find the Uniform Partnership Act. I would really like to see the Michigan version of the law.

Go to www.migov.state.mi.us/, which is the Michigan State Government site. Select "Michigan Compiled Laws" from that page. Then select "Chapter Index", and, once there, scroll down to Chapter 449, which is "Partnerships", and select that chapter. That will take you to the Michigan version of the Uniform Partnership Act, along with other statutes which govern partnerships.
