Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
My wife and I own a business (not LLC) I have a guy that wants to sue us for a job that was done but while doing it I was struck over the head while someone tried to break into his home. Thus the job turned out like crap so he wants to sue. Do I have any legal ground?
