Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
I work for a trucking company. I have a business degree, but my business law class was years ago... My question is: If I quote a customer a rate and don't get confirmation that they accept the rate but they decide to use our services to deliver their freight, can I assume at that point that they will pay the amount I quoted - even without their approval? Do they automatically assume responsibility for paying the rate I quoted when they decided to use my company? Thanks!
