Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
accidental death
i was the driver of a bus in which a man fell out a rear door to his death. he was drunk and we were going down the highway at 70 m.p.h. there were 21 seats on the bus and he was either sitting on a beer cooler against the door, or trying to open the door to go pee. now i the driver and the company i work for are being named in a wrongfull death law suit. how am i to blame in any way when i was driving and in no way could be in the rear to babbysit this 34 year old man. please awncer my question
