Re: adolecent fondle
First of all, he doesn't have to talk to a trooper and I suggest that NO CONVERSATION between your son and any one else take place regarding these incidents. You or your son are not required by law to speak to anyone.
Do nothing. If the people have a case, they will notify you by mail. Anything you or your son say in an investigation will not help you.
Get a lawyer's help before you have any further contact with the authorities.

Re: adolecent fondle
It is quite possible he will be charged with criminal sexual conduct as a juvenile. It is best to have a lawyer who is extremely familiar with the juvenile system represent him. I do not do that type of work myself. However, call me to discuss this and I can recommend some excellent lawyers. William S. Stern
