Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
I authorized a business access to info of surgery I had. The requestor of info received info other than what I had authorized, and the info was conveyed to me in an embarassing way. I feel my privacy has been invaded and I want to sue. How much if at all can I sue for? Will a Pro-Bono help me ?
