Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
bench warrant
we paid a lawyer for a case, he filed, but neglected to notifiy of court date. We called several times, and another lawyer called several times, with no responsive from that lawyer. Son was picked up for contempt of court and had to pay in full to be realeased from the jail. What can be done about this lawyer?
