Bench Warrents against a company
I won a small claims suit. The company never showed. Then I was given a date for them to produce financial papers, they did not. Then a Bench Warrent was entered for this Company. What does this mean? Will I ever collect???

Re: Bench Warrents against a company
Ask the judge to hold a creditors' hearing for the president and treasurer of the company, to force them to attend and testify about the company's assets, where they are located, bank accounts, property, business, who owes them money, etc. When they don't show, then ask the judge to issue the bench warrant for the company executives who did not show. When they are picked up, their bond will be the amount of the judgment. William S. Stern
