How to get borrowed money back(MI, AnnArbor)
I lent money($30K) to someone(in MI, Ann Arbor) from 1997-2000, till
today not a cent it is paid. I have most copies of the checks lent to him.
He has a house($250k) and a business there.

Unless he made a payment since 2002 (6 years), the debt is stale and you cannot legally collect on it due to the breach of contract statute of limitations (6 years). If there are other details I am missing, contact me to discuss. www.kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz
