Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
borrowed money
I borrowed money witht he payback time of when I remortgaged my house or a windfall. I lost my house and had to file bankruptcy do to a job loss. I have told this person that I'm still planning to pay him back. He now says that I'm going to be indighted for embezzelment. Can that happen?

No. If anything, it's a collection matter for which he has to sue you in a civil court.
Indictments require a grand jury - which we don't have.
