Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

I caught my roommate taping an audio file of my girlfriend and I in an intimate situation. He has a history of searching through my closet and cell phone. I don't know what else he might have on his computer (it is equipped with a webcam and I change in its line of site daily). I'm looking for some way to get peace of mind again. What are my legal options?
