Use of cell phone message recording
In the state of Michigan can a person use a message recorded on a cell phone message feather as evidence in a civil lawsuit? Is the transcribing of the message legal?

It is legal in Michigan to record phone calls, even if the other side does not know you are recording. William S. Stern 248-353-9400
