cheating wife
can i throw my wife out of my house, if she is cheating on me, and leaving me every weekend with our sons, to be with her lover?

Does your wife's name appear on the title to the house? If so, it is her house also.
How old are the children? In what county do you live? How long has she been cheating?
If you file for divorce, you might be able to get a court order for exclusive use of the home. And the cheating is certainly relevant in determining custody and a property split.
