Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
Collecting on my judgement
How do you garnish someone's income taxes to collect on your judgement?
How do I get the information to garnish another persons income taxes (ie Social Security Number)?
If the person moved from the residence where they were previously staying, how do I get their new address?
