The company I work for sales company apparel. And I've recently. Purchased a
Hooded sweater. Now the company has put in a new rule saying we cant where hoods in the building. I work at a auto pkant and its cold in here is this legal.can tbey sell a item a not let you use it as intended.

Yes they can. It doesn't violate a law. Unless you are in a union, then take it up with them.
