How can I be compensated

I had my car parked near the side of the street near my house when a large tree branch from the ciy side walk came crashing down destroying my car completly. I only had no fault insurance. Can I get reimbursted from the city?

You can only get damages from the city if the city had been at fault. If the city is not at fault, there is no reason to hold them accountable for what would otherwise be an act of nature.
