Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
I am convicted felony. Check no-account. It was in April of 2001 in Michigan. Is there any way I can get my gun rights so I can go hunting and maybe protect my family if it ever come to that. I know what I did was wrong. What to jail for 15 days and got off probation 6 months later. Paid all fines. I also have a misdemeanor larceny on record from 1997. That's all I have on my record. Is there anything I can do with some help.

The only chance is if the larceny was committed while you were under 21, otherwise, no.
