Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
Dating age
I am at the age of 16. If I am dateing a 21 year old with the permission of my mother, would this situation be legal? please state why or why not this is legal or illegal. thank you -anonamouse

Assuming you are a young woman, there are a lot smarter things you can do rather than date a 21 year old. However, you are at the age of consent (just barely), and no criminal consequences will arise out of your voluntary consensual relationship.
Just make sure there is no alcohol or drug taking involved.
