Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

Discriminated by non-profit low income food orginixation

Can you please tell me the laws for a nonprofit organization concerning who they can approve or deny evan if you meet there income guidlines, and whether or not it is fair to adise them to contact there attorney if i wanted any information when anyone else can walk tight in and recive that info.

If you think you have been discriminated against in violation of the law, write facts. Those facts will determine whether you have a case.

This really depends on the situation. While businesses are required to comply with the federal and state discrimination laws, they are not obligated to assist everyone that comes through the door.
