Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

Emancipation

What is the legal age, that a child can move out of the house without ''running away'', or being kidnapped?

My boyfriend and I are having a baby. I am 19, he is going to be 17. I bought a house, he wants to move in with me and raise our child together. We think we are doing the right thing, his Dad tells him he can not move out until age 18. Which is after he graduates. We really need your help. Thank YOu.
