Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
My employer is making me sign a contractual agreement stating that I waive my right to a jury trial in any litigation I file against them. Is this legal? I feel like my civil rights are being taken from me to the right of a jury of my peers. They also say if I don't sign this agreement, my employment will be terminated. Is this part legal?

All completely legal. Your rights do not matter in the employment law context. Sign or move on to other employment.
