false arrest
I was arrested and they did not read me my maranda rights. can they hold me countable and or what prof would i have to show to get out of it

You've been watching too much TV. They only have to read you your rights when they are questioning you after focusing on you for suspicion of committing a crime. They do not have to read you your rights simply because they arrested you. William S. Stern
