Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
My family has harrassed me,made me lose jobs, friends through adult bullying and spreading false rumors so I would be forced into taking care of my aged mother,by my estimates they have cost me three quarters of a million dollars and 15 years of my life, now they intend on throwing me ot onto the street so that my niece can have my mothers house leaving me with nothing, for years I was a devoted autoworker and happily in a relationship, they took it to the point of being penniless so I could not afford to leave,my question is ,is there any legal recourse I can take to at least recoup enough from them to start over? Are there any charges I can bring against them to be held accountable?I live in Michigan and need any and all advice I can get including names of legal services or Attourneys that may be of assistance?sincerely Mark H
