Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

ive fullfilled the plea agreement and after everything was done even showing up in front of the judge and him stated and sent in mail that all satisfied..then after two weeks get a summons to appear from PO saying that i didnt qualify for 1711..therby not allowing me a fair trial and breaking a contract that was already fullfilled...not my fault i didnt quailif...what is my recorse from here..oh and i did go and the judge suspended my license for 30 days and put the pot charge on my record which is contrary to our contract(plea agreement) that was already settled

Because you we're not eligible for the first offender plea, which means you jut have had a plea taken under that statute before. Check with your ttorney to find out more.
