Hello,
What law covers educational discrimination ?
My rights have been violated by a college institution based on the Elliot Larsen law and I need assistance.
Who handles these types of cases, preferably an attorney from another state ?

How could an attorney from another state help you? Attorneys are usually licensed in their own state and would have no clue about Elliott-Larsen. That is an employment law also, you might want to check out Federal law for education. www.kliszlaw.com
