landlord/tentant
being that I lost my job due to discrimination,and now face an eviction notice,what law protects me from further harm;and how should I approach this when I go to court?

There is no law to protect you from further harm. Contact your landlord and work out a deal. If he knows your drawing unemployment benefits, he may allow you to stay for a time at a reduced rate - especially if he has a number of vacancies.
