Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

lawsuit opinion published - discrimnation

Recently a us State Appeals Court published an opinion on a case in which I was named in. The court found for the defendent both times. Even so, I am now being discriminated against and rumors are flying about my past. How can I get my name out of this lawsuit or what options do I have to take care of this situation?
