hi i am a Lebanese American citizen currently living in Beirut, Lebanon.

I wish to change my American name to one that i desire...

1.what are the procedures and requirements for me to change my name?

2.Can i change my first and my last name ?

3.what is the period of residential time necessary for me to ask for a name change..., or is there no residential time needed for the name change to take place..
