Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
I live in a fraternity house and every year we host a blood drive to provide a little bit of philanthropy. However do to personal values and beliefs I choose to not donate. My house philanthropy committe has taken it upon themselves to require each house member to donate blood, or be fined some amount of money. I was just wondering if it was legal to require a person to give away apart of their body?

They are not. You just said they require a monetary fine if you don't donate. If you join a group, you follow their rules.
