Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
hello , i live in the state of michigan and studying for a test , , daily i go to a library which is quiet far from where I live, its not in the city i live . yesterday a person came up to me and asked my name and were i lived , to which i answered correctly . then he said some thing in some other language . and left . i think it looked to me as he was not happy that i am studying in the library . is reading at a library in other city illegal because i had no problems with anyone and i have not caused any.

It is perfectly illegal. I don't know why you would think otherwise. The foreign speaking person didn't tell you to leave. You are fine unless the library staff tells you to leave and not come bacon then it is trespassing. Keep studying!
