Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
Money stolen
My mother is law is severely disabled. She went to live with her brother after her husband died and sold her home. Her money was put into the brother and sister in laws account and is now gone. Over 110,000 dollars and in a 6 month period. A boat, truck, 4 wheeler, etc... things that she can not use were purchased. They spent all of her money. Is there anything we can do?

Re: Money stolen
Oh! Do you want to take care of your severely disabled mother-in-law?
Has she asked for your help?
Well, go ahead. Have her move in with you. Then you can address "MONEY STOLEN".
Otherwise, your motives seem suspect and any action on your part would be ill advised.
