Do not plead guilty as charged! This is a big mistake, which can be avoided by hiring competent legal counsel. This could be kept off of your criminal record and that is highly important. Contact me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz

Well, your life isn't ruined. If you plead the right way, you'll have no record, probation, and a $100 fine.
DO NOT PLEAD GUILTY at your arraignment unless you get this result. It will come later at your pretrial. A lawyer wouldn't hurt.
It's important to know if this is a State (sheriff) or local (police) charge.
