racial intimadation
i am a 42year old white male,what can i do about racial slurs& intimadation in the workplace?Johnson Controls& the U.A.W. preach zero-tolerence,but laugh-off my complaints.Can i secretly record parties involved?

Yes, under Michigan law you can tape a conversation that you are a party to. IE- you can tape what people say to you if they are identified and you can make it out, etc. This is sometimes the only way people can make out an employment case, because co-worker witnesses usually don't want to cooperate in fear of their own job.
