Religious ads and student publications
Does the high school principal have the legal right to not allow a religous ad to be run in a school sponsored newspaper as long as all religous ads are not allowed?

Absolutely. Freedom of speech ends at the school door, according to Supreme Court decisions. They can raid your locker without warrants, etc. Bill Stern
