rented a condemned to a mother with four children

i need to know what i can get out of a person that rented me a condemned house and she knew that it was condenmed cause she said that she had recently taken it off the condenmed list and never showed me proof of this list andthen the city showed up in march of 2000 and posted the house once again and i was livingthere with my 4 children and i had to get my children out of that house because of that i also lost my rights because of this and i want to sue her because of this i have a have a hearing set for june 9th at 1:30 pm do you think i can make it throughthis with out a hitch?
