does a school have the right to video your child while they are on the bus with out your permition and do they have the right to question a 6 year old without a parent preasent?

Video is everywhere nowadays. They video you walking down the sidewalk. Therefore, there is no expectation of privacy on the school bus. As far as questioning, the answer is they can question your child within reason. For example, if a child stole another child's pencil, the child can be asked, "Did you take Melissa's pencil?" However, if it goes to where something may be a juvenile crime matter, the parent must be present.
