If you still have the title and have not signed it over to the other person and have not received the money, it sure doesn't sound like you sold the car. It sounds more like the other person took your car for a test drive and did not return it. I'd call the police and tell them that you are going to retrieve your car so they can watch the process and keep it peaceful. If you still have the title and signed it over, you may have to sue for "claim and delivery". Call a lawyer if that is the case.
