Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

A student tries to kill me at school. I was terminated from school because what I said hit me and you are going to get a hot one. I'm a 45 year old lady who was almost beaten to death and they throw me out. Is this a violation of my rights

If someone tried to kill you, you should have called the police and made a police report. If you were beaten (almost to death) then you should have called the police to made a police report, or asked the hospital to call the police. If your school expelled you, and didn't have a valid reason to expel you, you should hire an attorney, and have the attorney find out why they expelled you. Depending on their reason, it may have been a violation of your rights. If you threatened somebody and told them they are "going to get a hot one" without any real means of actually giving them a "hot one", then it was probably not a threat of imminent harm. Now if you said this while waving a gun around, it was a legitimate reason to expel you.
