Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan
being threated,embaressed and degrated in front of others by administrator
is it possible to sue my former administrator for doing this to me, other employees and residents. by doing this over and over i quit my job along with at least one other person and residents have left because of this treatment. it has been brought to the attention of the corporate offices and nothing has been done about it?

No. If you were as careless in your job as you were in composing your inquiry, you're fortunate that you weren't fired.
Lousy bosses can't be sued unless they commit an unlawful act. Your inquiry doesn't state any.
